Q: Are your vehicles Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accessible?
A: Yes, all of our vehicles are equipped to secure up to two wheelchairs and similar devices.
Q: Do your vehicles have seat belts?
A: Yes, all of our vehicles are equipped with seat belts.
Bikes are welcome! While bikes are not allowed inside the vehicles, every ShastaConnect vehicle is equipped with a bike rack on the front so you can have your bike with you when you get to your destination.

Our goal is for every rider to have a safe and comfortable ride experience. To that end, passengers are expected to observe the following Code of Conduct.
Any violation of this Code, Federal, State, or local law, including but not limited to conduct described in California Penal Code Section 640 can result in refusal of service, ejection from the system, fines, and/or arrest. ShastaConnect reserves the right to modify and amend this Code of Conduct at any time.
We ask that ShastaConnect riders observe the following rules:
ShastaConnect is committed to ensuring riders have full access to our services. If you believe that a modification to this Code of Conduct or any other ShastaConnect policy or procedure is in the best interest of ensuring our system is accessible to you, and it can be reasonably made, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. To request a reasonable modification to ShastaConnect’s policy, please call us at (530) 226-3075 or email us at ride@shastaconnect.org. In the event that a modification is needed immediately, for example to respond to an emergency or unforeseen medical condition, the driver, at their own discretion, may make a one-time exception.
ShastaConnect reserves the right to suspend service to individuals who violate any of ShastaConnect’s rules and/or policies as follows:
