Open Data and GTFS Terms of Use and License Agreement
ShastaConnect is a public transit service funded and supported by the Shasta Regional Transportation Agency (“SRTA”) and operated by Dignity Health Connected Living (“DHCL”), herein collectively referred to as “ShastaConnect.”
By downloading or continuing use of the General Transit Feed Specification (“Data”) provided by ShastaConnect, you agree to this License Agreement and Terms of Use (“Agreement”), as it may be updated or modified by ShastaConnect at any time without notice and in its sole discretion. If you do not consent to be bound by this Agreement including as updated or modified, do not use or download the Data. By clicking the Data files, you confirm you have read and agree to the entire Agreement.
